- Answer When I bought this my intention was to upgrade the video card for gaming but that proved to be problematic. Out of the box I can't say how the performance would be since I returned mine immediately. However I think you can get a good idea of where it would rank by looking up the specs for the integrated graphics and the entering that into Passmark or Futuremark websites to see their score. I spent a lot of time researching these recently and what I found was almost all the boxed units integrated graphics would rank dead bottom. The problem with the Lenovo machine is its not easily upgraded. Hope that helps a little.

- Answer The RAM in this system is expandable to 16GB of DDR 3. As far as timing or compatibility we recommend you check with the memory manufacture to check for any compatibly issues with this system.

- Answer for a bigger card like the nvidia ones, you will need to move the HD to the other side to allow it to fit, Cant use a second drive then and if you buy a high powered graphics card, you will also need to buy a new power supply

- Answer It's hard to say what power supply would work with this computer because the motherboard has a proprietary main connector and additional 4 pin connector. there are some adapters for the main connector, but I'm not sure about the additional 4 pin connector, It might be a ground, but I've had some trouble finding info on it. The included power supply does not have a pci-e connection, so if you are planning on installing a discrete graphics card, it will have to be one which doesn't require a pci-e connection.
