Could you please specify that whether iPhone 7 or honor 10 lite is compatible?? And can you please give some examples of which iPhone is compatible with the base of the qi wireless charging and also some other phones.

I've got a Samsung Galaxy S8 that works with other wireless charging pads no problem, and a brand new Ideacentre 540. I've taken the case off the phone and slid it all over the charging pad. It just doesn't work. Any help?

I had the same problem, but its ALREADY on. I know two problems it could be. First the phone must be compatible with the "Qi" wireless charging standard. If its an older phone it might not be. The second is placement. This particular charging station is particular about placement. There is a barely visible icon on the charging platform, a watermark really. You have to center the phone on this mark. You also have to give it a few seconds to sync up. If you have the placement right you will get a blinking white light. However, if its off just a little bit you will get a blinking white light that turns to a blinking yellow light after a few seconds. Its annoying and you have to be patient.

I purchased this machine last week for my son and when i received this machine i quickly noticed that charging pad doesn't sync with my iPhone X and my son's iPhone 11 and won't charge .when i called Lenovo customer service they told me there is list of phone that are compatible with this machine those phone will only work .my phone being iPhone X is listed in the compatible list still won't charge with this machine 
Below is the list :-
Apple iPhone: 8, 8 Plus, X. Samsung Galaxy: S9, S9+, Note 5, Note 8, S8, S8+, S7, S7 Active S7 Edge, S6, S6 Edge. LG: V30, G6 (US version only), G4 (optional), G3 (optional)

if you guys phone is NOT listed here your machine will not charge your phone. sorry but that' the truth.

This is not the best feature. Mine works intermittently. I have to put the phone towards the back of the base. The white light will come on the front of the base to indicate that it's charging. If the light is red, I think that means it knows something is there but its not connecting. I have also found that if I need to reposition the phone, its best to lift the phone and set it down again as opposed to just moving it around. Hope that helps.

The charging pad feature should automatically be ready to go once you set up your computer. I was excited about having this feature but after using the charger component I am disappointed. It does work but it takes FOREVER.....I means hours....hours and more hours. My phone has been on the pad 6.5 hours and it's only at 59%. When I first placed it on the pad it was 27%. You have to take the phone out of your case to charge....mine would not charge with the case on (which is a hassle). You have to babysit your phone. I noticed several times the white light turned red which I assume indicated that it is not recognizing my phone and therefore not charging it, I had to move my phone around on the pad to get the white light again. Bottom-line: Don't bother with this feature. Keep your phone in the case and charge it with the cord that came with your phone. I've only had my new system for about 8hrs and this phone charging issue is bringing up "buyers remorse" issues. The wireless keyboard that came my new system would not syn. I ended up pulling my USB keyboard off another computer to use temporarily. After talking with Tech support it was decided that the keyboard is bad. I will be going to BB and get another keyboard tomorrow.

Additionally, if you have a sturdy dual layer case (hard plastic with silicone sleeve over it...think Otterbox), it won't charge your phone because there is too much "interference). I have a Samsung Galaxy S10 plus with a hefty otterbox

Unbelievable... Yes if you hit F1 during start up you can access the BIOS and verify that the wireless charger is enabled which it should be on all new units. The fact is that this design by LENOVO does not work. I have verified it is enabled. I have put the Qi type charging capability phone in every position on the diagram on the base and still no indication either on the base (charging status light) or the phone itself indicates that it is charging. With everyone having an issue with this aspect LENOVO should be taking notice and issuing a patch or refunding us money. I bought this computer with that being a major point for me only to find out it does not work.

The phone charges if it's placed bare no case and right on top of the square on computer base. The light will blink until it's fully charged. I'm using a Samsung 10plus.

I discovered to disappointment that the charging pad only works with certain types of newer phones. I have my "real" phone and 2 burners (all Samsungs) and the pad only works with my S21 Ultra 5G. But then, I didn't purchase my pricey desktop PC for the charging pad :D

I have a year old Yoga A940 27" incher all-in-one with charging pad, and new OnePlus 9. It has a rubber-ish clear Otterbox case. I also have a Popsocket wallet on the back of the Otterbox. 

The Popsocket wallet needs to be detached in order for the Lenovo charge pad to work. Only the Popsocket wallet must be removed, NOT THE POPSOCKET WALLET BASE, which remains on the Otterbox case. 

I have to finagle the phone into a certain position (sort of diagonal) on the charge pad in order for it to charge (white light flashes). Notifications can knock it out of charge. I simply pick the phone up and set it down in it's favorite position again.

It is not the same WARP charge that one gets from the OnePlus WARP power cord (included with phone). It's more like a trickle charge at worst; slow charge at best. However, if you spend 8-12 hours working at the screen like I do, the charge pad keeps my podcasts going and gains charge beyond that. Since I have a regular C type charger in my car and the WARP charger at home, the addition of the charge pad at work is handy.

Depending on your phone, case and other accessories, the charge pad may or may not work for you. Try lifting the phone up and away from the pad each time you reposition it, to find the charging "sweet spot" for your phone - and then remember it once you've found it! Put a chalk mark or a bit of masking tape on the pad if it helps you align it easier. NOTE: A different phone may require a different charging spot. Repeat the "Sweet Spot" search for each phone you want to charge on this device.

Want to confirm the post above that stated your phone has to be placed in a certain area for the wireless charging to work. I have wireless earbuds I couldn't get to charge and thought it was a fluke, but I just got a Samsung S20 days ago that wouldn't charge, either. Googled, found out it has to be precisely centered over the wireless mark, and it's good to go.

The station is already enabled. You have to place the phone just so. A white light blinking indicates that the phone is charging. I have an iPhone 11 and it works most of the time. It helped to read other answers here. It is annoying since it takes a long time to charge and you have to pick up the phone to see its screen since the PC base is small and contained under the monitor.

I just bought a lenovo yoga A940 9 generation and I am trying to charge my LG V60 ThinQ 5G cell phone it was charging I picked it up and can not get it the start charging again. Will it make difference that it has a charge of 95% I would not think so because it was charging at first. Please help what to do?

Hi, 
I solved the charging problem by plugging charger's USB-C directly to laptop Lenovo ThinkPad T490. 
- I placed Samsung 20+ screen on the ceramic charger surface (Baseus) and additionally I put the charger on the top of the laptop. I could not see what the screen was saying, but the white light on the charger started blinking. I kept like this for 5min and then checkked if charger will still continue "blinking" when placed on the table. It did. 
- I turned my mobile arround and placed the back of mobile on the ceramics, like it is supposed to be - to check if it will still be alive. The white light was still there (but not in blinking mode anymore) and mobile phone started charging (charging icon on mobile indicated charging process).
- I plugged the charger USB-C into adaptor (NA Nordic Accessories), which also supplies power to laptop. Everything works. Laptop is being charged and phone is being charged at the same time. 
- I put the protection cover on the mobile (double cover with magnetic frame) and it also works with this charger! 

So try to start by placing your screen on the ceramics, it helped me ;)
