- Answer You need an external DVD drive to load a DVD. Only non-protected DVD information can be downloaded (no movies).

- Answer Be sure that your system speakers are off mute. Hold down the Fn Key and tap the HotKey in the F1 position on your keyboard. This toggles the system audio on/off. Then try holding down the Fn Key and tapping the HotKey in the F3 position on your keyboard to increase system audio volume up. QuestionThe screen goes dark and bright while moving between tabs. This is extremely annoying and I have searched online for a solution it no avail. The only thing that works is changing the power plan to high performance but the battery does not last. Help.

Windows 10 S-Mode provides added security by only allowing APPs available ( and therefore certified by Microsoft) at the Microsoft Store. If you don't need the added security or you need to install APPs not available at the Microsoft Store, you can switch to standard Windows 10 Home 64-bit Operating System, at no additional cost. Even if you switch out of S-Mode, be sure the software you install on this configuration is compatible with both Windows 10 and this specific laptop configuration. We always recommend you check the requirements and compatibility of any software you will be installing on your new computer, before you invest in any computer. Be sure your new computer can support the software you will need to use.

- Answer I did experience a similar issue. I had to go into the defaults and set the default browser to Chrome, and I also had to run the update on the hard drive. After restarting the problem was resolved. I hope this helps!
