How is the camera quality? null

Like most laptops, not very good. 720p quality will look quite grainy so do not expect to be impressed with the video or photo quality.

The Lenovo IdeaPad 3 15 Laptop, model number 81WE00KVUS, ships with a 720p (HD) web cam, with a manual Privacy Shutter, and a Dual Array microphone built in.

Just tried the camera out yesterday and, while functional, very low quality image. Similar in quality to a cheap webcam I bought 20 years ago. Quite disappointing.

RUBBISH it looks like you're watching someone through a milk glass bottom. better having no camera at all, or use your phone.

I bought a New Lenovo Ideapad 3 with an AMD 4500u. It's Fast Fast Fast. But screen is depressingly bad in Windows BUT is so much better in Linux. I have never seen something like this before. It's brighter and cleaner looking on linux. It was suppose to have 720 webcam but only has a 640. I am regretting buying because of how bad the screen is. I have been reading that Lenovo looses control of the factory that build for their computers. The factor gets money from Lenovo, but makes even more money by putting substandard parts in.

I purchased my 12-year old an HP Envy two summers ago, and now she is really getting the full capabilities from it due to virtual schooling. Her camera EXCELLENT!
