Yes. The Steamdeck's processor has 4 zen 2 cpu cores and 8 rdna 2 CUs. The Legion Go S's Z2 Go Processor has 4 zen 3 cores and 12 rdna 2 CUs. So this one should be faster in pretty much all situations, but when plugged in and on max power mode it will absolutely be more powerful. Not sure about on battery though.

It is more powerful. The steam deck is still king at low wattage performance, but this handheld has a much higher wattage ceiling, you can play up to I believe 32-40 watts leading to much better performance at the cost of battery life.
