A:Answer Yes you can. The motherboard is a B550 so it supports 3000 and 5000 AMD Ryzen processors. The CPU cooler for some reason uses the Intel 115x layout so if you want to upgrade the cooler, you need one that comes with a 115x backplate for Intel processors. The Vetroo V5 RGB for $30 is a good option and the option I went with is the Artic Freezer 34 eSports Duo for around $50 which doesn't have RGB but it has two 120mm fans. The power supply is a regular ATX one so that would be an easy swap. Now this system board currently only supports RAM using JEDEC timings running at 1.2 volts. This means XMP profiles do not work. If you want to upgrade the RAM, it will need to be DDR4 3200mhz running at 22-22-22-52 timings at 1.2 volts. Honestly though, if you wanted to upgrade the RAM, you would be better off swapping out the system board. It is a regular sized mATX so swapping it would be simple because it doesn't have any proprietary connectors.
