QuestionThe headset jack on top and the speaker jacks on back do not detect my equipment and won't work. What should I do?

- Answer Yes, did all that, the device drivers never found the jacks, only audio detected was on hdmi connections. Tried new realtek drivers and windows updates and anything else could find online to do. Unfortunately am returning the computer. Will order another one once refund hits. Thanks for trying to help.

- Answer It may be possible but it will probably give you pc a LOT of heat. It’s good sell your old graphics card and use that money toward a better one. I suggest at least getting a 2070.

- Answer As you point out, the Lenovo Legion Tower 5i Gaming Desktop, model number 90NC00J9US, ships with the Nvidia GeForce GTX1660 Super GPU, which has three different video out ports: 1x DVI, 1x DP, 1x HDMI. Depending on the connectivity of your monitor, use the port your video cable and monitor require. A VGA monitor would require an adapter. connect the monitor to the proper port, power on the monitor, boot up the computer and the Windows 10 Initial Activation screens should appear. If you have speakers attached to the computer, you will also hear audio instructions for activation of Windows 10. Follow the instructions to get to the Windows 10 Desktop. If you have any issues, we recommend you contact Lenovo Tech Support at: 866-426-0911.

QuestionWhere are there 8 usb ports? I count 2 on top and 4 in the back. Also Lighting on cpu cooler not working seems to be a common issue. Other than that seems to running well.
