• You have to switch the computer from Windows 10 S-Mode to Windows 10 Home to be able to download any APPs from any source other than the Microsoft Store, including the Chrome Browser APP. • This pc comes with Windows S loaded.. Microsoft claims this is a security feature as you can only load apps acquired through the Microsoft store. It is fairly easy to convert to regular windows so that you can download programs from anywhere. Please search for how change from windows S. It was easy, I loaded a number of third party apps over the web after changing. Just so you know, once you change to regular windows from windows S, you cannot go back to windows S
