No. You will not be able to watch YouTube videos on the Lenovo Smart Clock Essential's built in screen.

No this is basically a alarm clock Bluetooth speaker

This "essential" clock's display - only shows the Time, Day of the week, and outdoor temperature (based on internet location information, not a real sensor). The display can be dimmed or turned on or off via voice command, as can the rear night light, but the display can not show any other information for media nor photo's nor YouTube nor anything else. Its just a clock (with alarms or timers or reminders) with google assistant built in. You can set alarms via Google assistant or via side buttons on the clock. You use Google's Home app on your phone to set it up and add to your WIFI. It's good for what it is.
