• A:Answer There are a number of screws on the back plate that come off, which allows for the back cover to be removed and then you have access to DIMM slots and the NVMe drive for upgrade.

Q: QuestionHi, I recently purchased a new Lenovo E595 Thinkpad laptop via BestBuy. The PN security seal on the plastic bag the computer comes in doesn't match the PN on the laptop. The cardboard box has signs of tampering also. Reasons to be worried? Thanks.
