• Yes, it is. I've just rotated mine, see picture. Just follow the manual instructions, which are - - Adjust the screen position before rotating the monitor screen. (Make sure that the monitor screen ascent to its highest point, and it inclines backward at 30°.) - then rotate clockwise until the monitor stops at 90° Mine was a bit tight, but it is designed to be used in portrait. :)

• No. The Lenovo ThinkVision T22i-10 monitor stand can not rotate to portrait mode.
