- Answer That will depend on whether iCloud is compatible with Windows 10. We recommend you check with the iCloud web site for their compatibility with Windows 10 Home 64-bit operating system and the minimum/recommended hardware requirements (Is a Graphics card required, the processor speed and the minimum required system RAM and the minimum available hard drive space) to run their program, then compare those requirements to this system's configuration.

- Answer This laptop has the Harmon Kardon speakers and does not charge using a usb-c. The charger is the tradition round one, similar to my HP. Hope this helps.

- Answer There is no CD/DVD drive built in to this device. You can use an external CD/DVD player/burner that is compatible with Windows 10 and connects via a USB port on the computer. Additionally, you will need Media Player software to view commercial movie DVDs. There is no Media Player software pre-installed on Windows 10 Home.

- Answer This model is not user upgradable. A certified technician must do all of the work, so as to not void the warranty. The RAM memory within this configuration is soldered to the motherboard and not upgradable. Your certified technician can replace the existing hard drive with a compatible replacement.
