• There should be a speaker icon at the bottom right of your Windows 10 screen. Click on that speaker icon and make sure your volume setting is to your liking. • Not sure what other computers you were using, but the volume on mine is very loud considering the size of this thing is just a 13.3 incher. Maybe your speakers are defective?
