i purchased Lenovo Yoga 730-13 from Bestbuy and have been experiencing screen flickering problem. I tried all the fixing tips posted on Youtube, including uninstalling programs, disabling services, etc. Nothing worked. Lately i noticed the flickering stops when i pressed the bottom left of the screen with my thumb. The flickering comes back when i remove my thumb. i have determined it's a hardware problem, and will take it back to Bestbuy for a permanent solution. I liked the laptop until this problem surfaced.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.MY yoga 730 15" Model 81CU004OUS is getting screen flicker on the lock screen after about a year and a half ownership. For what it's worth, the laptop has been awesome until this issue started to arise a couple weeks ago. Honestly, it's not that big of deal unless the screen goes out and I can't retrieve my data or something.

Any defective product can be returned to Best Buy. Even if you do not have warranty. The item is simply defective and they can offer a replacement. Warranty is applied if you have any damage, theft or loss to the device. As for the screen flickering, I don't purchase any electronics through mail. I feel some may have had this issue but most if not ALL electronics are purchased within the store.
