As an IT professional with 10 years in the industry, the sad reality is, blue screens happen all the time. Sometimes it could be the symptom of a greater problem other times it could just be a bug in the operating system or drivers causing a crash. I wouldn't worry about it unless it becomes a regular occurrence. Then consider reaching out to the Lenovo for support or performing a reload on the operating system. (It's pretty easy to do this from the settings inside of windows under System>Recovery> Reset this PC)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. There are many reasons why you might get a BSD. Some might be serious, some passing, and some fatal. If it happens more than a few times in a week, contact the store. Your "on a new device" query if meaningless--what are you going to do, transfer the software to another PC? That would mean a totally different situation, therefore have no bearing on the first one. Also, the error often has a Code number attached to it; research that for more information--it could just be a loose connection, or it could be much more.
