• A:Answer As long as it is brand new it does. You can check on lenovo.com for the warranty. If you buy it as an open box, chances are the laptop was used for more than an year and then returned with an expired warranty (like in my case with the one I bought from BestBuy). If the warranty has already expired, then if anything is faulty you have to pay for the repairs yourself.

Q: QuestionCan you change the delivery date to after what it currently is? This is delivering at a really inconvenient time, so if I can't change it later then I'll have to cancel it. We would be away at the current delivery time.

• A:Answer That may be up to BestBuy, but mine was delivered through UPS and they gave you the option to customize the delivery in terms of instructions and delegating a UPS pick up centre as proxy. I'm not sure how long they would keep it for though, but you should be able to work something out.

• A:Answer The G7 graphics (iris plus 650) are about identical to a gtx 745 card [ref: Userbenchmark}. So not for gaming but it will run two 4k displays fine if your refresh demands aren't huge. I travel and trade with it, and have two external monitors on, one is 4k- I run both the laptop screen and 4k external at 2048x1152. works fine- seamless. If you're still in the market, The XE graphics in the 1165g7 are about twice as fast (approximately as quick as a gtx 950m).
