A:Answer You get what you pay for. Yes open box can have issues, but not always, and I've never had an issue with exchanging defective open box items. Sure it's inconvenient, but the amount of money you can save does make it worth it. I've returned one of these that had nothing wrong with it, so I know there is atleast 1 open box that is good. I did because there was a specia deal on something a little better. Otherwise I'd have kept it. So eh. It's a risk. That's why there is a return period.
