I had this problem with my Lenovo Yoga mouse. Solution - I returned it and got my money back
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.First, be sure the selector switch at the front edge of the mouse, near the power button, is in the proper position. If you are using 2.4GHz WiFi, that the selector is moved to the left and you have the USB WiFi receiver installed within a USB port on the computer you want to use the mouse with. If you are using the mouse in Bluetooth mode, the selector switch should be positioned in the middle. You may need to pair the mouse to your computer again.
