Q: QuestionCan you explain in detail the difference between the 300 and 350 model. Do they not filter in the same way? The 350 is for pet but doesn’t the 300 filter out pet smell dander hair as well? Can I use the 350 filter in the 300 and visa versa?

• A:Answer The Core 300 and the P350 are very similar, with only slight differences. The P350 was designed with pet owners in mind and has a new fine non-woven fabric pre-filter. This is a bit more effective than other common pre-filters at capturing floating hair, pet fur, pet dander, dust, lint, etc. The filters are the same size, so you can use them interchangeably.

Q: QuestionHi, When I bought this air purifier, thought there would be an air quality indicator light somewhere on it but there's not. How do you know that it's working well and sufficiently cleaning the air without an indicator?

• A:Answer Since the Core 300 does not have an air quality sensor, it cannot determine the air quality of the room. Users' experience can vary depending on external factors (room size, weather, presence of animals/plants, etc.) and also personal sensitivity. You can always run the purifier on the highest fan speed (and for longer periods) to more aggressively clear the air.

• A:Answer Both the HEPA and carbon filters have the same lifespan and should be replaced at the same time. To maintain your filter, you may regularly gently shake or vacuum the filters (but do not use water). Trapped water particles may result in mold growth or mildew smells. Either way, it is encouraged to change the filters after about 6 months of use or at your discretion.
