• You can turn them off by placing them in the charger or by pressing the bottom volume button on the back of the device. You can turn them on by pressing the same button.

• I’ve found the easiest thing to do is put both the hearing aids in, reach back to the rear button and push the rear button down. Hold the buttons down for five seconds until you hear a distinctive tone, and the hearing aids are on. It’s easy to do both hearing aids at the same time. I leave them on all day, and when I put them back in the charging case, they turn off.

• Hi, daduke, you switch your hearing aids on and off by opening and closing the battery door on your hearing aid. If you have a battery in the battery door and close it, this will switch your hearing aid on. If you open the battery door, this will switch your hearing aid off.
