Hi, pedsystems, the shape of the Lexie B2 Powered by Bose hearing aids is designed to fit comfortably and securely behind the ear. The curved receiver wire of the Lexie b2 Powered by Bose hearing fits snuggly over the ear comfortably into the ear canal. The domes provided with the hearing aids ensure that the devices are kept in the ear during most activities. Due to the shape of an ear, using the wrong length of receiver wire, or size dome, or even not inserting it incorrectly, the devices may feel loose. Our product is Bluetooth-enables which allows you to adjust your different listening environments or volume.

The wire going from the body of the hearing aid to the receiver is quite springy and robust compared to my previous Phonak aid, so much so that it takes a little getting used to. The wire acts kind of like a clip in itself. The aids will come flying off if you remove a face mask, but other than that I can't imagine them falling out when fully inserted. 2. The Bluetooth is only so that you can adjust the hearing aid using the Lexie app. Pairing is frequently lost, but I understand that the company is working on this.
