“I dont see a purple "Glow" when my iphone 11 is in this charger. i have taken the case off. how do i know its sanitizing?”

• You have to press the button on the bottom and it turns the sanitizer on or off then you put your phone inside and if you tilt it a little bit you can see that the purple light is on

• Hi, the product is design in a way to prevent direct contact between the UV-C light and your eyes. The purple light is almost not visible, however, you should be able to see it reflecting on your phone screen when your smartphone is sitting in the Oblio. Make sure that you haven't deactivated the UV-C function by clicking by error on the button at the bottom of the product. David @ LEXON DESIGN
