Smart Wi-Fi Enabled Built-In Speed Oven & Microwave, Model # MZBZ1715S is a "Built-In Speed Oven & Microwave" meaning that it is designed for installation in a cabinet so it can only be room-vented (recirculating mode). Steam is normally produced during cooking. The oven is designed to vent steam out of the vent...^Ivan

  • QuestionMy cabinet space for a built in microwave is 30 in wide & 24 in deep. My builder says this space isn’t deep enough for this microwave (LG 1.7 cu.ft. ) which is 23 1/4 in deep. He says it needs more room for connection cords, etc.?

  • Questionthe pictures don't show the top inside of the microwave. are there exposed coils? or is the heating element hidden up top? curious about splatters and cleaning if the coils are exposed. also what is the max temperature this goes for convection bake?

    • Answer Hi there. Thanks for reaching out. For the LG - 1.7 cu.ft. Convection Built-In Microwave w/Sensor Cook and AirFry coils does not show. To clean add a few tablespoons of baking soda to a bowl of warm water. Let the baking soda dissolve. Place in the microwave and run for 3 minutes or until the microwave fills with steam. Let the mixture sit in the closed microwave so the steam penetrates the grim. Then wipe clean. Highest baking is 212 Farhrenheit.~Jai.

    • Answer Hi there. Thanks for reaching out. LG does not recommend installing LG Microwaves in a island or a peninsula cabinet. Be sure the upper cabinet and rear wall structures can support 150 lbs, plus the weight of any items you place inside the oven or upper cabinet. NOTE: Do not attempt to install the microwave oven if you cannot find a wall stud. `Jai.

  • QuestionPlease... How do I turn off the melody. It sounds every 15 seconds until the end of time. I don't want to turn off every sound obviously just the constant reminder. Much cheaper LG microwaves have the option to turn off the melody.
