If you’re using the convection-only mode, you shouldn’t need to use a turntable, since the function of forced-air convection is to blow the heated air around to make heating and cooking more even, and the function of a turntable when using the microwave-only mode is to turn the food so the microwaves will more evenly hit the food. So they both end up doing the same thing. 9X13 will fit nicely into the chamber, but you have to remove the glass turntable. ^Danee

Please try again later.I don't know if you're supposed to, but I took out the turn table and put the provided metal stand in there and set a 9x13 on top of that to cook a egg casserole and it worked fine. I think generally you would want the dish to be able to rotate since the heat it all blowing in from the left side
