Dose this come with mounting stuff brackets null

The AC unit is not provided with any brackets or through-the-wall sleeve - you would have to purchase those separately. It is provided with a rear grille, insulation material to seal the unit once it is installed, and a plastic faceplate/trim to cover the gap between AC unit and wall sleeve.

I don't think so. There was a 30 year old AC in the wall (Carrier) and I was able to mount the new AC in the case of that one. It worked perfectly...
