QuestionCan this monitor be flipped 90 degrees and used in portrait mode? Will the included work or I need to find a stand to prop up the monitor in a convenient angle? Thanks.

- Answer Yes, the Auto Pivot Display will allow you to switch your screen view from horizontal to vertical. However, the folio cover can be used in the horizontal mode only, so a stand may be needed. ^Nikki

QuestionDoes this device allow pass through charging of the attached laptop via the second USB-C port on the portable monitor? If so, what is the max PD wattage?

- Answer Testing it with a Mac usb charger and MacBook, it cannot pass power through the USB-C. It has two ports, which can allow power and video to be passed individually (e.g. when source does not provide power like a HDMI converter). Reddit comments make me believe it can provide video passthrough though, so you could daisy chain another monitor, but it would need to have it's own power source. I will try with a USB-C dock/dongle as I only have one port.

QuestionDoes this come with a case or cover to protect the screen. It looks like the cover is also the stand. Just varifying.

QuestionWhat docking station is compatible with this? For some reason this doesn’t work using a docking station. Is there a certain type I need? It only works if you directly plug it up to the laptop or Mac. Please advise.

QuestionI have an HP ENVEY 360 m6aq103dx laptop. When I plug the monitor in to my laptop it turns on, the LG logo appears, but then all I get is a black screen and it’s not detected by my computer, does this mean it’s not compatible?

QuestionUnable to connect from MacBook Air M2 to monitor unless I use the provided USB C cable. Other USB C cables do not work. When using other USB C cables, the monitor turns on but says no signal found. Why won't other USB C cables work?

- Answer You will need to check the specifications for the other USB-C cables that you are attempting to connect your MacBook Air M2 with to the 16” LG gram +view IPS WQXGA Portable Monitor, Model # 16MQ70.ADSU1. The owner's manual for the portable monitor states "Use the USB-C™ cable enclosed with the monitor for connection. If a cable for a different product is used, it may cause the screen to operate abnormally". The device to be connected to the monitor must support DisplayPort Alternate Mode (DP Alt Mode) and power output (USB PD) at 7.5 W (5 V / 1.5 A) or higher, so check the specifications for your other USB-C cables to ensure they support the above...^Ivan

QuestionLooks quite promising for a 4k laptop travel monitor extension for work--a few Qs: 1. Can one adjust the tilt angle? If not, is there an add-on/diff folio that will achieve this? 2. The specs say "non-glare" screen. Close to matte? Pls describe. Thx.
