QuestionWhen ever I play rap/hip hop with bass it has a crackling noise. I listened closely and it’s not the actual bass/subwoofer but it’s the sound bar making that sound. Why is that?

- Answer This is personal preference. Keep in mind the closer the subwoofer is to the soundbar the better the quality of sound. ^CP

- Answer Hi Cherub. You will need to review the instructions for your harmony remote or contact Logitech to ask them about what functions it is able to control or that it can be programmed to control on LG Soundbars to see if it will control your desired functions on the LG - 2.1-Channel 300W Soundbar System with Wireless Subwoofer - Black, Model # SK4D. You should have received an instruction booklet that indicates what functions it can control or the packaging in which your harmony remote came may lost what functions it is capable of controlling on compatible Soundbars...^IFV

- Answer That will depend on what connectivity your TV has. The LG 2.1ch 300W Soundbar with Wireless Subwoofer, Model # SH3K is a Bluetooth (ver. 4.0) enabled Soundbar that can be paired with a Bluetooth enabled TV for a wireless Bluetooth connection. It also has an Optical Digital Audio Input that can be connected to a TV that has an Optical Digital Audio Output. Check the instruction in your owner's manual for your TV. IT should have details on how to connect a Soundbar to it by using Bluetooth if the TV supports Bluetooth or by using the Optical Digital Audio Output on the TV. Most TVs will have an Optical Digital Audio Output and can easily be connected to a Soundbar via the Optical Digital Audio ports. All you need is an Optical (Toslink) cable to make the necessary connection...^IFV

QuestionHow do you reset the woofer level back to the factory / default level? With no display I don’t know what the normal woofer level should be. Will turning the soundbar off and back on again reset this?
