QuestionI have a 12 x 12 living room, acoustic piano, entertainment center and furniture all around the walls. My older LG bar works great but cannot connect to extra speakers. Would this bar & surround system be usefull/be too much in this room-especially Ytube.

- Answer I think it is the 'optical' cable that gives best sound, at least that is what they told me when I bought it. i believe, as long as your TV has the connection that is all you need.

QuestionAm I able to connect a different subwoofer to this sound bar, or only the one that comes with it.

- Answer I can tell you that when you plug in the subwoofer, it immediately starts broadcasting a bluetooth signal - which obviously means that it's looking for the bar itself, to connect to. When I set up my sound bar they immediately connected. And I did nothing in terms of pairing. I suppose that if you plugged in a different sub, that your idea could work, but there's no way to tell really.

Questionplanning to get an LG 86" 86UK6570AUA. .. want to get the soundbar system, Question: Can this soundbar be connected to that TV, and be controlled by the tv (cable) remote that I am now using? I don't want to use a 2nd remote.

- Answer You can set it up with you LG TV. The LG sound bar is compatible. Just go to device set up on you LG TV and set it up from there. For additional help, look it up on YouTube. Thats how I did it

- Answer Yes you need 2 small screws that are going to connect the soundbar to the wall mount piece. {Wall Mount is included} However if you don't plan on mounting the soundbar to the wall then your good to go, nothing else needed to purchase to connect it/set it up.

- Answer Nope. It has 3 modes. Weak, weak and weak The volume is inadequate to enjoy a home theatre experience. Good for a tiny room.

- Answer I have the same setup and am struggling with audio delay so the mouth movements do not match the audio.. I have tried connecting the optical cable from cable box to Sound bar as well as optical cable from cable box to TV. The TV also has an HDMI Cable from it to cable box and a separate HDMI cable from it to Blu-Ray player. Any advice from LG?
