I'm having this issue too. The subwoofer is sitting 2 feet directly before the soundbar with nothing in between and it fades in and out like waves. Like every 2 seconds. In then out then in then out, etc.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Thanks for letting me know I am not the only one with this frustration. I moved my wirless modem which was placed next to the subwoofer. Set up looks messy on my living room but it seems to have worked. Moved it about 3ft away. Hope this helps some one. I love my music loud. But yes...next time will not go wireless.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same problem and can confirm that it is the Wi-Fi that is interfering with it. I had to Wi-Fi modem sitting right on top of this and when I moved the speaker away from the Wi-Fi it works flawlessly.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You need to turn the speaker’s port facing the sound bar! Literally the back of your speaker needs to point toward the modem! It works!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had this same issue. Very very annoying. I had the sound bar for 3 weeks before my cable was set up. Sound bar work flawlessly. Got cable installed with Wi-Fi modem and then the sub would cut out every 45 secs or so over and over. Very frustrating. I moved the modem with little change. Then I moved the sub and I haven't had an issue since. The sound is great when everything is working. Don't give up on the system too soon! I found a solution and I am happy once again with my purchase. I would still by LG again.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same problem and I fixed it quick what the help of an LG representative on a chat line and basically you have to reset the signal from the soundbar to the subwoofer unplugged you're soundbar then press the reset button on the back of your subwoofer and hold in for 10 sec release wait 30 sec. And plug sound bar back that should fix ur problem it did mine.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I was able to fix this issue. I have an LG TV and LG Soundbar. 1st go to settings on the TV, go to All Settings, then Sound, then AV Sound Adjustment and turn it On. Exit out of that and the problem should be fixed. I hope this helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I turned the auto power function to off (long press "i" button) and it has worked flawlessly. I don't have an explanation as to why it worked but after so much frustration I don't really care!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Had the same issue but thanks to all of the reviews we read I moved the subwoofer to the other side of the room, away from the wireless router, and solid, good quality surround sound!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Have this issue ALL THE TIME.. as you described, every few seconds. I will never ever buy a bluetooth connected subwoofer / sound bar system again. When I bought this I was specifically looking for one with a cable connection but this severely limited my options. Very frustrating that they don't offer a hard-wire option for these products. As you described.. the Sub is directly below the sound bar.. separated only a IKEA cabinet which is mostly hollow with about 4mm of particle board on the edges. If the bluetooth signal cannot reliably get through that, then THIS PRODUCT SHOULD NOT BE USING BLUETOOTH. The designers of this product should have allowed for a TOSLINK or RCA hardwire backup option. Major oversight.
