Try a Stereo "Y" Adapter cable Red and White RCA on one end and 3.5 mm plug on the other end. My TV does not have an Optical port.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The soundbar comes with an optical cable that does fit the soundbar. If this is not true, return. Regardless of the other question, something is either wrong with your purchase or how you understand it
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It does fit, there is a smaller square connection (hidden behind a dust flap) located on the back of the sound bar. It is currently how I have mine set up and running just fine.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Before plugging in the optical cable you first need to remove the clear plastic covers from The ends of the cable.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. That cable does fit on the sound bar. It has to be oriented correctly. It has tabs and is not exactly square. The cable should also fit your TV optical output. If your TV does not have an optical output (it likely does, look real hard) you'll need an analog to optical converter ($30 and about the size of a pack of cigarettes). It comes with analog red/white RCA cables that connect to your TV left/right audio out. Your sound bar audio cable connects to the converter optical output and to the sound bar. Hope this helps.
