Garments can be added or removed after the cycle is started. 1 Press the Start/Pause button. 2 The door lock is released to open the door. 3 Add or remove laundry. 4 To continue the cycle, press the Start/Pause button again. The cycle, continues automatically. For safety reasons, the door remains locked when the water level or temperature is high. It is not possible to add laundry during this time. ^CP

THE DOOR THEN UNLOCKS. But if the Drum still has WATER IN IT. Opening the door In the (Mid-Cycle) will dump everything Out right at your feet. Clothes, Water, Soap. On-You. The Floor. The Rug. Unless you do that ONLY AFTER IT DRAINS AND SPINS. Before a Drain and Spin, Then you're likely to spill water and clothes on the floor.
