QuestionCan this machine wash a queen size comforter?

- Answer I received this washer today and it can not hold a queen size comforter without you trying to stuff it in. If you have to stuff it in the comforter will not wash properly.

QuestionWhat voltage is required for the washer and matching dryer. Salesman told me 220v but specs say 120v??

- Answer The washer, model WM1455HWA, should be plugged r into a 120 VAC, 60 Hz grounded 3- prong outlet. The matching dryer, DLHC1455HW, has its own terminal block that must be connected to a separate 240 VAC, 60-Hertz, single-phase circuit, fused at 30 amperes (the circuit must be fused on both sides of the line). ELECTRICAL SERVICE FOR THE DRYER SHOULD BE OF THE MAXIMUM RATE VOLTAGE LISTED ON THE NAMEPLATE. DO NOT CONNECT THE DRYER TO 110-, 115-, OR 120-VOLT CIRCUIT. ^Daphane

- Answer Yes the LG 2.4 Compact washer washes large lods very well for it's size. I wash my king size comforters in it no problem.

- Answer The end of the drain hose should be located a minimum of 24" (61 cm) and a maximum of 96" (244 cm) above the bottom of the washer. For best results, locate the end of the drain hose no higher than 66" (168 cm) above the bottom of the washer. As the drain outlet is raised beyond 66" (168 cm), the drain function will be increasingly affected. Plug the washer into a 120 V, 60 Hz grounded 3- prong outlet. ^Daphane
