It's likely an air pressure issue from closing the fridge door too hard or too fast, and shared air pressure pops the freezer door open. Clean all door seals and apply a thin coat of vaseline to lubricate the seals. This is not an uncommon issue. Ask household members to close the fridge door slowly and not too harshly or let it swing shut on its own.

With all our other refrigerators when you would shut the door you wouldn't't have to actually shut it. You just push the door and they would swing shut. This one you have to literally shut it or it will swing back open. Very annoying I must say.
