“The craft ice maker is making very loud banging noises while and before dispensing the ice. Has anyone had this issue and know how to resolve it?”

I've had the issue & it's the beginning of the end for that ice maker. Call for service & they will replace it. According to repairman the craft ice makers break all the time & they just keep replacing them!
