QuestionWe have a wall to the right of the refrigerator. If the right refrigerator door is open only 90 degrees, can you still access the inside refrigerator drawer on the right?

- Answer The following are the dimensions for the LMXC23796S: Depth 32 1/8", Height to Top of Door Hinge 70 1/4", Width (Door Open 90˚ with Handle) 45". It requires the following clearance: Sides 1/8", Top 1", Back 2". You will be able to access the drawers with the door open 90 degrees however to remove the drawers for cleaning, the doors would need to open greater than 90 degrees. ^CP

QuestionHow often do you need to replace the air filter? I know our water filter is showing it needs replacement exactly 2 years after, but should I also replace the air filter as well? When do you know if the air filter needs to be replaced on this fridge?

- Answer Per page 51 of the Owner's Manual, it is recommended that you replace the air filter approximately every 6 months or when the "Change Filter" light turns on. ^Daphane

QuestionCan the LMXC23796 operate without a water filter? We already have an RO unit so filter seems redundant. Also are bins on left door and Instaview door height adjustable? Need a bit more for a soda bottle. Just got it delivered today, so no experience yet.

- Answer The ENERGY STAR® Qualified LG 23 cu. ft. Smart wi-fi Enabled InstaView™ Door-in-Door® Counter-Depth Refrigerator, Model # LMXC23796D does not require a filter bypass plug when the filter is not in place. It will function without the filter. ^CP

The control panel on the refrigerator has a touch control for the Refrigerator compartment and one for the Freezer compartment.
