QuestionHow does the black stainless steel compare to regular stainless as far as showing fingerprints?

- Answer Truthfully, the black stainless will smudge, too, but I love the look of the black stainless and I usually take a clean cloth and wipe away any smudges. I'm very happy with the black stainless.

- Answer I have a 36" cubby and the fridge fit just fine. About 1/16 of an inch on each side. BTW, the fridge is great so far.

- Answer Although this does not directly answer your inquiry about having the LG - 22.7 Cu. Ft. Counter-Depth 4-Door French Door Refrigerator with Thru-the-Door Ice and Water - Black Stainless Steel, Model # LMXC23746D mixed with regular Stainless Steel appliances, it may help to know that The Balck Stainless Steel is a few shades darker than regular Stainless Steel and that the Black Diamond finish is more glossy than shiny, and more reflective than Stainless Steel. It actually has a base of stainless steel that is coated with the darker hue, then topped with a nanoceramic coating that makes the surfaces of the appliances more smudge-resistant and easier to clean...^IFV

QuestionRed the vegetable drawers really too small and cumbersome? Thanks.

- Answer The drawers are smaller than you would typically find in many refrigerators (even smaller ones - we had a side by side that had a two drawers that were stacked, not side by side and they were much bigger). I think in this French door refrigerator the vegetable drawers were a design trade-off. If they had put in two drawers rather than three (two "wider"; one "narrower" middle drawer) you would have to open both French doors to use the drawers. As designed, you can open one door and get to one drawer. There are drawbacks to this - for example we buy the big containers of spinach common in many groceries and it will not fit in any of the drawers. Nevertheless, we love this refrigerator.

QuestionDoes the ice maker use filtered water to make ice cubes?

- Answer It has a filter that you will need to change every 3-6 months, so the water and ice are filtered by the fridge. If you already filter your water the filter can be bypassed

- Answer I just reviewed this fridge. our gas range, microwave and dishwasher are all BLACK...this is black stainless and it fits right into the decor. We haven't had a visitor even notice that it doesn't match the other appliances because it is so stunning.

QuestionLMXC23746S - I noticed my frozen items were no longer frozen. I have noticed that this model has plenty of issues with the compressor to the point that it looks like it could be a class action lawsuit against LG.

QuestionWould you consider this refrigerator quiet while just running? We currently have a refrigerator that gurgles and produces a lot of noise without even opening the door. Is the water pressure that comes from the dispenser decent?

- Answer Yes. this refrigerator is super quiet when running. I hear a light "hum" type noise... the water pressure is strong, like turning on a faucet... and the water filter does a wonderful job.

QuestionHow is the ice maker?We are thinking about purchasing this fridge. Is anybody dissatisfied with the ice maker? Does it make ice adequately to stay up with demand? We have a Samsung that is having LOTS of ice maker problems.

- Answer That was one of my concerns as our previous fridge had a much larger ice maker but we have had no problems - plenty of ice whenever we need it. Might need to stock up if you are having a big party but seems to make ice quickly and efficiently.

- Answer getting water, but no ice. Freezer not cooling at all. I started noticing water puddling up on the floor, thought it could be a failed water connection and then learned that its actually the thaw water from freezer since it stopped forming ice.
