LG Refrigerator how long do it take to get cold null

Following installation, please allow 24 hours for the unit to cool and reach desired temperature. Please note the displayed temperature is the target temperature, and not the actual temperature of the refrigerator. The actual refrigerator temperature depends on the food inside the refrigerator. The icemaker will not begin to operate until it reaches its operating temperature of 15 °F (–9 °C) or below. It will then begin operation automatically if the icemaker power switch is in the ON (I) position. ^Daphane

We put our food in it right after it was installed. It began making ice within a few hours.
