It is smooth and does land in the glass I've had no issues with it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes I have not had any issues with the ice going anywhere but in the glass. Also note that the round ball ice drops into a tray in the freezer and is not dispensed via the ice dispenser.
