“Hi, I just got my Ref with the craft ice and it is making it but it is not all the way round, it is like missing a top. will they be all round?? it has make about 12 balls already but they all had like a dent. They are not all clear like a little cloudy”

• If you are making 3 at a time they will be more clear...but to get the most craft ice in a day, I use 6 at a time. Non clearness doesn't bother me. Yes they all have a notch in them I suppose where they set as they freeze.
