QuestionWhat does "Dual Icemaker" really mean? Does that mean I get double the amount of ice and if that's true, where is the ice held?

- Answer The dual ice maker means there is a dispenser for ice in the door, but there is also a bucket in the freezer drawer that accumulates ice. They work independently of each other. The door dispenser is good for a single cup, and the bucket is good for large amounts of ice for coolers or sports bottles.

- Answer The ice cubes are not half moon shape. They are smaller with a flat bottom and a slight pyramid shape. I like the size because it is smaller, see photo.

- Answer Removing the doors off the LG 24.1 Cu. Ft. French Door Refrigerator - Black stainless steel, MOdel # LFX25973D when it is necessary to get it through a narrow opening when necessary is the recommended procedure and does not void your warranty. However, if the door is scratched or dented in the process, that would not be covered under warranty since cosmetic damage is not covered under warranty...^IFV

- Answer The doors have to be closed to dispense ice or water but the fridgidare gallery you can dispense and open the freezer/fridge at the same time.

QuestionIs the stainless steal fingerprint resistant like the black stainless steal is? We only saw the black stainless steal in the store and I forgot to ask about if the stainless steal version is also fingerprint resistant?

- Answer When I was looking at both versions in store, I confirmed that the Black Stainless Steel one IS fingerprint resistant while the regular one is not. Like most "fingerprint resistant" fridges, the front is like a plastic veneer, instead of actual steel which keeps smudges away. Just an added bit of information, this also makes the front NON magnetic. So any magnets and such would need to go on the sides (if you have access to it).
