• The dual ice maker means there is a dispenser for ice in the door, but there is also a bucket in the freezer drawer that accumulates ice. They work independently of each other. The door dispenser is good for a single cup, and the bucket is good for large amounts of ice for coolers or sports bottles.

• You get crushed ando cubed ice in the front of the refrigerator. However, there is a separate icemaker down in the freezer that makes and stocks more cubed ice. It can be turned off if you prefer.

• From the description: Dual SpacePlus icemakers dispense crushed or cubed ice and cold water from the upper door and cubes in the pullout freezer's ice bin. So you can get your ice and water from the door, like a lot of refrigerators. But there is also a tray in the freezer - there's a pullout tray and the bin is located there.
