The easiest way to obtain a manual for the LG - 24" Class (23-5/8" Diag.) - LED - 720p - HDTV - Model # 24LB451B would be to go to www.lg.com/us site and in the search box, put in the model number then click on product support and you can download a free copy of the manual from the site. The warranty card for the TV is not necessary. When you need warranty service, you will be required to produce a copy of the sales receipt which is what establishes your warranty. Proof of purchase is what is required, like a sales receipt, an itemized credit card statement or something that shows the item purchased and the date on which it was purchased. That is all that the warranty registration card is explaining and that is also covered in the owner's manual...IFV
