It has the standard square vesa mounting holes. You would just have to find an under cabinet mount or whatever mount would fit you application. I believe the mounting holes on tv are 100mm x100mm.

The only thing I would say is that you need to make sure that you have at least a couple of inches of clearance between the height of the TV without its stand and the distance between your countertop in the bottom of the cabinet. You want the TV to be at least an inch or so off the countertop. Also not too close to the sink or anywhere where it can get splashed with water.
