• Did you remove the plastic protective cover? We thought there was a scratch on our dishwasher when it was delivered then realized there was a plastic coating on the door.

• In most cases, the exterior of the dishwasher can be cleaned with a soft damp cloth or sponge, then dried with a soft cloth. The dishwasher has a stainless steel exterior. You can also use a stainless steel cleaner. ^CP
