Dual Ice Maker means that the ENERGY STAR® Qualified LG 26.2 cu. ft. Smart wi-fi Enabled French Door Refrigerator, Model # LFXS26973S has two Automatic Ice Makers installed in it. One is in the refrigerator compartment and the other is in the freezer compartment...^IFV

Dual icemaker with this model means that there is an ice maker in the left door while there is another icemaker down below in the freezer section. Great concept because the door icemaker would not make enough ice if you had a get together with friends.

There is the slim ice maker in the left door which is where the ice comes from to fill your glass and then there is a bin in the freezer drawer on the top drawer that holds like a gallon of cubes. Both are made automatically.
