Well, after receiving the reply from LG that this fridge IS a Smart fridge that connects to Wifi I went ahead and bought it. Wasn't I surprised to find out that they lied to me and it does NOT connect to Wifi. Unbelievably poor customer support from a "supposedly" reputable company. If you're looking for a Smart fridge, keep looking. This one isn't for you.
