Thank you for raising your concern regarding LG Monitor (27MQ44B-B) model. The LG 27" FHD IPS 3-Side Borderless Monitor with Anti-Glare & AMD FreeSync™ (1920 x 1080) - 27MP40W-B does not have built-in speakers or a 3.5mm headphone jack. To connect sound to it, you can use an external speaker or headphone connected to your computer or any other device that you are using with the monitor. It does not have built in speakers. There is a 3mm jack input for a speaker hookup.
