I originally bought a 1080p 27" monitor and did not like the resolution at all, forced me to try out the LG27UK600. Best decision I ever made.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Its like comparing apples and spaceships. 4k + HDR is really a giant step up from 1080p. Aside from the obvious improvements to movies and games, the screen real estate upgrade is amazing for a workstation (4X). Maybe try going to a retail location to see the difference in person.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Depends on whether 4k resolution is worth an extra 200 or not for your work honestly. If you don't think you'll make use of all those extra pretty pixels, then it may be more worthwhile to either go with the cheaper one or one with more real-estate.
