• It appears that the UL has two color options (white or grey) and uses a slightly different IPS panel, rather than a AH-IPA (Advanced High Performance) Its likely just a super-minor, year based refresh of the same model with almost no performance difference

• It's a newer model with true HDR and now Energy Star compliant. I'm sure there are other differences as well. You can always check LG's website.

• I just looked at LG web sight, the 27uk600-w isn't listed make me think it is an older non manufactured model. Look here: https://www.lg.com/us/monitors/all-monitors
