How to turn narrator off of a Westinghouse t.v null

I don’t know how the narrator got turned on, but I tried going thru menu to audio setup to descriptive video service with no luck. I unplugged my television and that seemed to do the trick!!

Menu to Setting to Accessibility. You mightbe able to turn it off there. I couldn't, so called Westinghouse Tech Support. 1-800-701-0680. They were able to help me.

On settings choose the restore to default option. That should reset everything.
